A: No appointment necessary!


Q: What information will I have to provide in order to receive a test?

A: Name, DOB, Home Address, Phone

Email if proof is needed

No insurance information needed


Q: Do I have to show symptoms to get tested?

A: No! Many people are asymptomatic and are spreading the virus without even knowing


Q: Do I have to be a citizen to get tested?

A: We do not ask for citizen status


Q: Is the test reliable?

A: We use testing equipment from both LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics, who are both safe and reputable health sources. See their website for more information

Q: Does the test hurt?

A: It feels like a tickle — or water up your nose...totally painless!

Q: How will I be notified of my results?

A: For positives, we will call you immediately.

For negatives, we will send an automated text message.


Q: Can I have a copy of my results?

A: Yes, once notified, please email gblock.smithctr@gmail.com and confirm your name and DOB and we will forward your results ASAP
